The Main Smoking Area features 443 sq. in. porcelain-enameled steel wire cooking grates with 184 sq. in. chrome-plated steel wire warming rack, offering enough space to cook large cuts of meat. For Heat Control, you can close the side air vent to cut off the oxygen flow, thus helping to extinguish the coals, and adjust the smoke stack for extra heat control.
The Adjustable Fire Grates allow you to raise or lower the charcoal pan to 2 different heights with lifting handles, enabling you to control the distance between the charcoal and the food. The Lid-mounted Gauge allows you to monitor the inner temperature fluctuations and check the timely point to smoke meat and vegetables.
